On International Down Syndrome Day, Adamjee Life collaborated with Karachi Vocational Training Centre (KVTC) under the Nigehbaan CSR initiative for a special workshop titled “The Tables Have Turned.” Children with unique abilities showcased their creative and vocational skills through hands-on learning experiences alongside employees. This initiative emphasized inclusive & diverse empowerment, vocational skills development, and the celebration of abilities through meaningful participation, support, and shared learning.
